Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipping

Doctor Gold Jewellery is not liable for lost shipments when tracking states that the item has been delivered. Doctor Gold Jewellery is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather conditions or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to Doctor Gold Jewellery for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order and that amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. All Doctor Gold Jewellery shipments require a signature from someone over the age of 18 at the drop off location.

 

Returns and Exchanges 

All purchases made are final sale. Exchanges are available upon request if there is a defect in the product. To be eligible for an exchange, please email sales@doctorgoldjewellery.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items returned after 7 days will not be processed. 

Non-returnable items

Franco chains, rope chains, and herringbone necklaces are all final sale. 

International Orders

Please note that the following terms and conditions apply to all orders outside of Canada:

  • Prices and shipping fees do not include import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and other fees that may be levied by the destination country, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Doctor Gold Jewellery is not responsible for brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and any other associated fees.
  • The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.
  • Doctor Gold Jewellery is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs issues when shipping internationally.
  • All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.
